A lot of snow ushered in December this year! Thanks to our public works staff for working nights and weekends to clear roads, alleys and sidewalks. When accumulation exceeds 1.5 inches, plows will be out. For more information and quick answers to common questions, click here. If you’d like to ride-along in a snow plow, email staff to get details and sign up. It’s free and last-minute (sometimes very early in the morning), but a great experience!

A special thanks to Sweet Taste of Italy for their nearly 20 years of great food — and they will be missed by many. The property they leased to was sold, and a Tumble Fresh laundromat is proposing to build there. Sweet Taste has another location in Brooklyn Park and a food truck (Kenny’s Meatball Wagon), and we hope to see their truck often at local events.
